CamPrime Refund Policy
The basic policy of CamPrime is not to provide refunds unless CCCV Ltd. decides otherwise at its own sole discretion. If specific extraordinary circumstances apply (e.g. technical malfunctions occur) we pay refunds in CamPrime Credits or cash. In these cases we will take into account other clients’ complaints and complaints about models as well.
If a user is discontented with an independent model using CamPrime software for maintaning video chat sessions and the actual chat log files also prove that the complaint is justifiable, credits can be refunded in CamPrime Credits only for later use with other models.
In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Regarding complaints about models, please contact our Customer Support department: help [ @ ] cccvltd.com
